One of the most important aspects of design is making the most efficient use of space. Our talented designers are highly trained in space planning, and will identify the most efficient ways possible to meet your objectives, and to put every inch of your space to the best possible use.
We prepare design sketches early in the process so that our clients know exactly what our plans for their property are. We want to make sure that what we are looking to create fulfills their needs, and we await their approval before moving to the next phase of the project.
Upon completion of the design drawings, every project requires the selection of materials to complete the build out. Our experienced designers are available to assist clients with all of their choices. We will also help you choose plumbing, electrical fixtures, and everything else required to complete your project.
When plans have been completed and material selections are made, our clients have the opportunity to see precisely what their finished project will look like by viewing a video walk-through of the entire property from every angle. The design phase can only be completed when the client, after watching the video, states that they are 100% certain that they love the design.
